How to solve common faults of the hydraulic electric pump head
1) The enclosure is powered up. Most of them are caused by the damage of the exhaust valve and the penetration of water into the motor of the small electric oil pump according to the motor shaft, which can deteriorate the insulation performance of the motor. It can be repaired by removing and replacing the exhaust valve, drying, and processing the motor. Special attention is that due to the long-term contact of the pump with water and outdoor work, it is very easy to return to moisture and lead to deterioration of the insulation performance. In order to ensure life safety, the electric self-priming pump should be grounded reliably; in winter, the exhaust casing should be selected. Measures such as water inside and cold protection to prevent frost cracking of the outer shell.
2) Hydraulic electric pump
The motor is running normally but there is little or no water flow at all. In this case, the tightness of the water pump should be checked first. When checking, first unplug the power cord, plug the moisture absorption port with your hand, fill the water pump with water, hold the inlet and outlet with your mouth, and blow air inward to check to see if the pump impeller is It's not water seepage, the leak is where the seal is damaged. The common fault locations are the moisture absorption port pad, the drain port pad, and the impeller cover pad, which should be removed and replaced during maintenance. If there is no full water condition, the impeller is mostly damaged, the water barrier between the moisture absorption chamber and the water outlet chamber is corroded and penetrated, the water barrier of the pump impeller is polished, the gap between the impeller and the pump body is enlarged, etc., the impeller and pump body should be replaced. . When replacing the impeller, you should pay attention to quickly clean up the remaining copper blades in the pump to prevent the new impeller from being damaged again.
In the process of applying a hydraulic electric pump, it is very likely that the oil with high inlet and outlet pressure will break down to the top of the outward oil pump. What should you do in this situation?
Repair the damaged components of the hydraulic electric pump first, and replace the damaged parts. Then check whether the speed control valve is broken or not. Increase the working pressure of the gasoline pump to a small point, carefully check whether there are common faults in each pipeline and gate valve, and run the trial run after clearing the common faults. If there is no abnormality, adjust the hydraulic electric pump to the required working pressure.
